Cortney Harden, LCSW, CMNCS
Licensed Clinical Social Worker #70807
Certified Mental Health Nutritional Clinical Specialist #505111
With over 15 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Mental Health Nutrition Clinical Specialist, I bring a unique integrative approach to behavioral health—one that seamlessly combines holistic, evidence-based care, empowering individuals to achieve optimal mind-body wellness.

My professional path has been shaped not only by formal training and clinical leadership roles, but by life itself. Like many, I’ve navigated complex health issues, parenting struggles, difficult relationships, loss, and overwhelming stress. Through it all, I’ve stayed grounded in my values, which continue to guide me toward balance and resilience. I believe that living a meaningful life isn’t about avoiding hardship, but meeting it with compassion, courage, and clarity—a philosophy that's at the heart of both my work and life.

I also believe that true healing begins with life's simple yet profound elements: supportive relationships, restorative sleep, nourishing foods, connection with nature, shared laughter, and sometimes just a really good cup of tea. These aren’t luxuries; they truly are life's medicine.

In addition to clinical work, I serve as a strategic consultant to behavioral health organizations. I bring expertise in start-up development, program design, and clinical leadership. I partner with organizations to build innovative, ethical, and sustainable systems of care that are client-centered and culturally responsive. I'm especially passionate about advancing health equity and ensuring that all individuals have access to care that is inclusive and rooted in dignity.

Whether working one-on-one or shaping systems at scale, I remain committed to fostering environments where healing is not only possible—but inevitable—when people are supported holistically.
