ABOUT LIVE ALIGNED INTEGRATIVE THERAPY & CONSULTING
Whole-person care for individuals,
organizations, and communities.
At Live Aligned Integrative Therapy & Consulting, we believe meaningful health and well-being require caring for the whole person while understanding the larger world in which we live.
Philosophy
Our physical health, mental health, behaviors, relationships, and environments are deeply connected. How we eat, sleep, move, manage stress, and connect with others influences our well-being, but so do our communities, access to care, and the healthcare and social systems that shape our lives.
This understanding is why our practice was founded and remains central to everything we do.
To live aligned means to navigate those experiences while continuing to make choices aligned with our values, priorities, and what gives our lives meaning.
OUR MISSION
To care for the whole person and the systems around them, helping individuals and organizations align with what is meaningful to them so they can have a positive impact and achieve the outcomes they are working toward.

Cortney Harden, LCSW, CMNCS
Founder, Clinical Director & Principal Consultant
Cortney is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Mental Health & Nutrition Clinical Specialist with over fifteen years of experience across clinical care, behavioral health leadership, and systems-level consulting. She founded Live Aligned Integrative Therapy & Consulting to advance a more comprehensive approach to mental and behavioral health, one that treats the whole person and translates evidence-based care into strategies that are both meaningful and sustainable for individuals and the systems that serve them.
On the clinical side, Live Aligned Integrative Therapy offers an integrative, whole-person model of care that goes beyond symptom management. Cortney's work integrates trauma-informed Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Lifestyle Medicine, somatic practices, and clinical nutrition. The six pillars of lifestyle health (sleep, nutrition, movement, stress management, social connection, and substance use) are woven directly into treatment through practical, individualized strategies focused on nervous system regulation, behavior change, and emotional processing in ways that translate into daily life.
On the consulting side, Cortney supports healthcare and behavioral health organizations in strengthening how care is designed and delivered in real-life settings. Her work includes behavioral health integration, clinical quality and audit readiness, documentation and compliance, workforce training, and program design, with a key focus on the Medi-Cal and CalAIM landscape, including Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports. The goal is to help organizations implement whole-person care in ways that are practical, scalable, and aligned with operational realities.
