I
We'll begin by having you share what challenges you're facing and changes you'd like to see. Then, we'll gather more about your current symptoms, lifestyle habits, and previous attempts at finding solutions. This allows us to conduct a Functional Analysis so we can formulate a personalized treatment plan. Lastly, we discuss a roadmap and an appropriate timeframe for achieving your goals.
My goal is to help you feel better and more in control of your life as quickly as possible, without keeping you in therapy longer than necessary. I don’t believe therapy should be a lifelong commitment. Most clients work with me for about 3–6 months—long enough to feel grounded, clear, and back on track. My approach is focused, goal-oriented, and rooted in whole-person healing to support real, lasting change.
We can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company, which may result in a reimbursement depending on your plan. You also have the option of using your HSA. Payment will be accepted via credit/debit. You will also receive a"Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your treatment will potentially cost.
