FAQs

What types of clients do you see?
I work with individuals and families who are ready to make meaningful changes in their emotional and physical health. My clients include new and expecting parents, women navigating perimenopause, people struggling with anxiety, trauma, or mood imbalances, and those working toward sustainable weight loss or healing from chronic stress, pain, or illness. I also support teens, caregivers, professionals seeking better work-life balance, and those exploring spiritual or lifestyle transformation. Using an integrative approach that combines therapy, nutrition, and behavior change, I help people align their daily habits with their values for lasting wellbeing.

How do I know if we're a good fit?
It’s important that you feel comfortable and supported. You can schedule a free 15-minute consultation to help you get a sense of my approach, ask any questions you have, and see if we’re aligned before starting therapy.

What happens during the first session?
We'll begin by having you share what challenges you're facing and changes you'd like to see. Then, we'll gather more about your current symptoms, lifestyle habits, and previous attempts at finding solutions. This allows us to conduct a Functional Analysis so we can formulate a personalized treatment plan. Lastly, we discuss a roadmap and an appropriate timeframe for achieving your goals.

How long do I need to be in therapy for?
My goal is to help you feel better and more in control of your life as quickly as possible, without keeping you in therapy longer than necessary. I don’t believe therapy should be a lifelong commitment. Most clients work with me for about 3–6 months—long enough to feel grounded, clear, and back on track. My approach is focused, goal-oriented, and rooted in whole-person healing to support real, lasting change.
