DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
You might recognize yourself here.
→ Your anxiety seems to spike out of nowhere.
→ You feel irritable and shaky between meals, or your mood crashes in the afternoon.
→ You wake at 3 AM feeling wired and cannot get back to sleep.
→ Things that never bothered you before leave you feeling flooded.
→ You keep saying you don't feel like yourself.

WHAT IS ACTUALLY GOING ON
Your nervous system is changing along with your hormones.
The anxiety, irritability and emotional intensity of perimenopause are not personal failings. They are neurobiological responses to hormonal change. As progesterone, your calming hormone, drops, your nervous system loses its natural buffer against stress, so situations that never bothered you before can leave you feeling flooded.
Other systems shift at the same time. Declining estrogen increases insulin resistance, so blood sugar crashes that feel exactly like anxiety become more common. Lower progesterone disrupts sleep, which is why so many women wake at 3 AM wired and unable to settle, and poor sleep makes mood and anxiety worse. Many women are also carrying aging parents, children leaving home, career shifts and real questions about who they are becoming.
Hormone therapy can be an important tool. However, equally important is addressing your nervous system, blood sugar, movement, sleep, connection and alcohol use, along with the psychological work of this transition, if you truly want to feel better faster.

WAYS TO WORK WITH US
Healing, on your terms.
Some women want individual support through this transition. Others start with a structured course they can work through on their own schedule. Either way, the work looks at hormones, the nervous system and daily habits together.
