DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

You might recognize yourself here.

→ You reach for a drink at the end of a long day to take the edge off.

→ You wake between 2 and 4 AM, or your anxiety is worse the morning after.

→ You have tried to cut back on your own, and it keeps creeping back.

→ Your current ways of coping are starting to cause more harm than good.

→ You want help that looks at your whole life, not only the substance.

WHAT IS ACTUALLY GOING ON

Substance use changes the body, and the body shapes recovery.

Substance use takes a toll on the body. It depletes essential nutrients and disrupts the brain chemistry that regulates mood, motivation and sleep. Blood sugar swings can intensify cravings. Stress, trauma and anxiety often sit underneath the pattern, which is why willpower alone so rarely holds.

Not everyone we see would call it addiction. Some people want to reduce or stop drinking because it no longer fits their values or their health goals. Others are in recovery and want care that supports the whole person.

We start by understanding your relationship with the substance and why it fits into your life, without judgment. Then we combine evidence-based behavioral strategies with nutrition, stress regulation and trauma-informed therapy. This complements other treatment and medical care. It does not replace it.
